Campout - in the Basement

For Friday Night Daddy Night a couple of weeks ago, the boys were going to have a campout in the backyard in our camper.  However, it was pouring rain that night so the campout got moved into the basement.  The boys love sleeping in the camper but didn't seem to mind at all that their campout got moved inside.  Ed helped them make smores in the microwave (of course, healthy Ed ate broccoli instead) and then they set up their sleeping bags in the basement, popped popcorn, and watched the movie "Flushed Away" or as Gavin calls it, "Flush the Toilet".  They had a great time and now try most nights to get Ed to let them sleep in the basement (with Ed of course)!

FYI - don't forget to vote for the combined weight of the twins - they will be here in the next EIGHT days!

Broccoli instead of smores? That man has more self control than anyone on the planet.

Kids love campouts, even if they are indoors. What a great Daddy that they have, even if he is slightly crazy for eating broccoli instead of smores.

Yea babies! Can't wait to see their cute little faces.
